The problem we set out to solve
Every major event is reported many times over, in hundreds of newsrooms and dozens of languages — and almost never the same way twice.
A ceasefire is a “breakthrough” in one capital and a “capitulation” in another.
A trade deal is a “win” here and a “threat” there.
Most readers only ever see the version produced closest to home, rarely noticing the framing, emphasis, and omissions that shaped it.
The Intelligence Bulletin exists to widen that view. No single outlet sees a story whole — distance, language, national interest, and editorial tradition all bend the lens. By placing several versions of the same event side by side, we give you something more useful than any one of them alone: a clearer sense of what is solid fact, what is interpretation, and what each source chose to leave out. That is the difference between consuming the news and understanding it.
What we do
Several times a day, we identify one of the most significant stories moving through the global press and publish a single, focused bulletin on it. Each bulletin gives you:
- A concise, factual summary — the verified core of what happened, stripped of spin.
- A perspective comparison — how outlets in different countries and across the political spectrum are framing the same events, and where they diverge.
- Direct links to the original reporting — so you can read the primary sources yourself and reach your own conclusions.
We deliberately favour stories that involve more than one country, because those are the stories where perspectives genuinely differ and there is something real to compare.

TIB is published by LevTech Global and is editorially independent. It is not affiliated with any government, political party, or news organisation, and it is not affiliated with Google or GDELT. Crucially, no human hand-picks or rewrites individual stories: selection, ranking, and analysis are handled by an autonomous editorial system. Rohit Sinnas is an engineer — trained at ISEP in France and VTU in India — and the founder of LevTech Global, the technology company behind The Intelligence Bulletin.
The Intelligence Bulletin began as a pattern Rohit couldn’t stop noticing. Having lived and worked across several countries, he kept running into the same thing: a single event — an election, a conflict, a trade deal — would reach him as a noticeably different story depending on which country he was reading it in. The facts held, but the emphasis, the framing, and the silences shifted with every border he crossed.
He built The Intelligence Bulletin to make that shift visible — to set those competing versions side by side, so that anyone, anywhere, can see not just what happened, but how the world chooses to tell it.
