This Privacy Policy explains what information The Intelligence Bulletin collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: June 2026.
Who we are
The Intelligence Bulletin (“TIB”, “we”, “us”) is a publication of LevTech Global FZ-LLC, with its registered office in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and offices in Paris and Bangalore. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Newsletter details — if you subscribe, the email address (and any name) you provide.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through analytics.
- Technical logs — IP address and standard server logs, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and analytics” below.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and you can read TIB without subscribing.
How we use your information
- To send the newsletter you asked for, and to manage your subscription.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Legal bases (for EEA/UK readers)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the newsletter (which you may withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the publication for analytics and technical logs.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, and analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage in aggregate, and Cloudflare for performance and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.
The newsletter
Our newsletter is delivered using MailerLite, which processes your email address on our behalf as a data processor. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the publication — currently our email provider (MailerLite), analytics provider (Google), and infrastructure/security providers (including Cloudflare and our hosting provider) — and where required by law.
International transfers
Because we and our providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Data retention
We keep newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed, and analytics and log data for a limited period consistent with the purposes above. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The Intelligence Bulletin is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
