Tender and RFP alerts, judged against what you sell
We watch government and industry bid opportunities for you, and send the ones you could win.
Each alert puts the buyer, the value and the deadline first, with the notice linked.
And we flag what comes before an RFP, so you are not starting on the day it is published.

What an alert looks like
Two real items from the Weekly Brief for Business, October 6, 2026: a US project that will put bids out within months, and a European tender open now. Yours are scoped to what you sell, in the markets you sell to.
Before the RFP

What we watch
- Government bid portals. Federal opportunities on SAM.gov, state and local procurement portals, and public portals worldwide: the UK’s Find a Tender, the EU’s TED and the national portals in the markets you sell to.
- Industry and utility RFPs. Requests for proposals published by companies, utilities and operators on their own procurement pages.
- Contract vehicles and frameworks. New ones, and the renewals that reopen a closed market.
- Notices before the notice. Sources-sought notices, requests for information, prior information notices and market consultations, where a buyer says what it intends to buy.
- Contract awards. Who won, and the subcontracting that follows a large award.
We confirm the exact portals for your markets when we scope your report.
Judged, not keyword-matched
A keyword alert sends every notice that contains your words. We judge each one against what you actually sell: the scope, the buyer, the value, the deadline, and whether you could realistically deliver it.
Anything borderline is dropped rather than sent. When bid capacity is the constraint, an opportunity wrongly flagged costs a week of someone’s time.
Earlier than the RFP
By the time an RFP is published, the requirement is written and the budget is set. The same report watches what comes first: a budget approved, a site announced, a framework about to expire, a new decision-maker in post.
Why that matters, and what to watch for: Tender alerts arrive too late and The signals that come before an RFP.
